Few days back i have applied icici bank home loan at my nearest icici branch office and now that application was got rejected by the icici bank officers. I have given all the documents correctly but my home loan was not approved by the icici bank.
I was aged 23 years and earning 3.5 lakh per annum but my home loan application got rejected by the icici bank. I dont knew why icici bank rejected my home loan, If any of you guys know why icici bank rejects a home loan then share the info by commenting below

Most probably ICICI bank like other banks blindly believe in CIBIL report for individuals, to get information about his/her credit history. ICICI bank personnel who process loans do NOT even bother whether the report they are consulting bears correct personal details about the individual. They merely do their job with least or no attention to details. I have my self facing this issue where my CIBIL report that they are referring does NOT even have my correct name, DOB but they failed to spot this discrepancy. Worst part was that even when I pointed out the error in my personal details in CIBIL report Loan manager refused to accept my explanation saying information like name and DOB are not important to establish an individual’s identity. ICICI bank and it’s employees are not just somehow trying to get rid of their job irresponsibly but they lack common sense too. Stay away from them as much as possible.
